Payroll and Accounts Assistant

• Providing a comprehensive Payroll service
• Strong understanding of Payroll processes
• Undertake the accurate and timely input of routine payroll data into the payroll system
• Capable of processing Payroll from start to finish
• Provide timely responses to employees and managers on routine payroll issues and queries
• Knowledge of Payroll systems, including Sage Systems.
• Working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Administer the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
• To process starters and leavers.
• Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and National Insurance.
• Record sickness and other absences
• To complete various forms required by HM Customs & Excise.
• Payroll and Accounts qualification or equivalent experience
• Excellent attention to detail.

The candidate must have no restriction on full-time working in UK(please state visa status)
