Responsibilities
The onboarding process, managing, and transitioning clients into service and conducting introduction meetings when required. Client relationship management, retentions, renewal. Create a positive and open strategic relationship, maintaining a detailed understanding of the client’s business and infrastructure. Represent the client in engaging with the rest of the J&P team; proactively identifying possible issues the client may have and helping the client to overcome the obstacles. Acting as a primary escalation point on behalf of clients, for service delivery, coordination of efforts and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders. Engage with relevant stakeholders to communicate and action any necessary work. Ongoing service delivery engagement and communication with clients. Enhancement of internal processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
You will bring
Demonstrable experience in client services. Excellent administrative skills Experience building and maintaining relationships. Focused and pro-active approach to meeting client expectations. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action. Ability to work within a high-pressure environment and prioritize busy workload. Experience working with cross-functional teams, with excellent collaborative skills.
Highly Desirable
Experience using Amazon seller central. Experience using Zendesk. Administration Skills. Fluent in Chinese and English
Salary
package pay including basic salary + commission up to 30K
