The courses offered range from customised professional courses to targeted student courses in various fields. CUDC has successfully delivered over 100 customised summer and winter programmes, encompassing over 2000 students. We have offices operating in both China and UK. What you will be doing: As part of CUDC and Maxer’s continuous development and expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our current Planning and Operations team in Cambridge, UK. • Liaising and maintaining professional relationships with our UK partners; • Liaising and maintaining relationships with programme lecturers and supervisors; • Playing an important role in reconstructing the programme management system; • Developing, planning and executing winter and summer residential programmes; • Supplier management and cost control • Other departmental responsibilities Who we are looking for: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who are able to contribute ideas, and are driven to successfully execute each task. The successful candidate will understand the nature of this service-based education industry and have experience in engaging with stakeholders (e.g., University administration, lecturers, and staff). Beyond this, the candidate will have good time management skills and be responsive to change(s) that arise. As part of the nature of this role, it is a requirement that the successful candidate will have excellent grasp of English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
