Job description
Accounting & Administration Assistant
What will you be doing?
· Book-keeping and accounting support; (AP/AR/Journal/GST Submission/CPF Submission);
· Processing payments and reimbursement to staff and other claims;
· Review and refine existing processes and procedures with financial implications as part of the continuous efforts to enhance corporate governance;
· Supporting various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects;
· Monitor and maintain an updated list of Company fixed assets;
· Review and ensure that payments are in line with the company policies;
· Supporting the HR department in personnel matters;
· Pre-selection of applicants and making appointments;
· Drawing up contracts;
· Recording of personnel data;
· Support with payroll accounting;
· Office management such as answering telephone calls, ordering materials, contact person for visitors
Requirements:
· Diploma in Finance/Business Administration or Accounting is advantageous
· First work experience or internships in Business Administration or HR
· Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail;
· Good time management and organizational skills;
· Team player, good personal communication skills, inquisitive with a can-do attitude;
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantage;
· Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
