出席圣诞晚宴的嘉宾包括英国院校的代表、英国政府机构的驻华代表，众多留英校友及在华英国企业和中国企业代表。优雅的音乐、轻松的娱乐节目、现场互动活动，以及奖品丰厚的幸运抽奖，在这台盛大的晚宴中，您体验到的将是富于英国风情的惊喜之旅。同时，今年英国大使馆文化教育处联手英国商会邀请众多商业机构代表参与道晚宴中来，这为留英校友提供了更为宽广的社交网络平台。这也成为留英校友拓展与本地公司及英国企业的独特机会。
值得一提的是，2011年的晚宴，我们将继续与启明书社合作，通过慈善拍卖，满足偏僻地区孩子们对知识的渴求。参与到晚宴的拍卖中，贡献您的爱心，中国第三座“留英校友图书馆”就在我们的手中！
此次晚宴也将拉开2012年度众多留英校友活动的序幕。这些活动既包括了留英校友职业发展研讨会及招聘会，也涉及不同社交活动。

Dear UK Alumni
The festive season is drawing closer and the days are getting colder; so join the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy and the British Chamber of Commerce for a night of winter revelry in Beijing - The Great Christmas Party. We are pleased to invite you to join us for this fun-filled dinner.
We are expecting hundreds of returned UK alumni as well as representatives from UK institutions and key figures from UK related organisations around China. Come along to this elegant banquet dinner with music and entertainment, and be prepared for a distinctly UK experience packed with exciting surprises.
This year we are partnering with the British Chamber of Commerce to give UK alumni the chance to socialise and network with a broad range of professionals. It will also be a unique opportunity for UK alumni to build links and explore collaborations with local companies and British businesses.
In 2011, The Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy will continue to work with Sunrise Library with the hope of establishing further UK alumni funded school libraries for rural students. Come to the dinner, contribute freely and make the possibility of a 5th UK alumni library come to life!
The Great Christmas Party kick-off many exciting events for UK alumni in 2012 which will include Alumni Re-orientation Workshop and mini job fair as well as social gatherings and networking events.
Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, Sebastian Wood will be the special guest of honour at the event.

1800 – 1900 Registration and drink reception
1900 – 1915 Opening and welcome speech
1915 – 2200 Western dinner, lucky draw, charity auction and network
