Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 -17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break) Place: Crayford Holiday: 20 days + 8 days bank holiday Contribute to a thriving sales team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides sales and customer service support to customers calling, emailing, live chatting, or instant messaging the team. Make sure all customer requirements would be done in a timely manner. Emails and text messages would be replied to on time. Job duties 1. Guiding new clients to use an in-house warehouse system (Training and guidance note would be supplied) 2. Troubleshooting any issue client proposed by using the system 3. Monitoring daily orders to be finished by the warehouse team in a timely manner, and make sure relevant tracking numbers and paperwork be sent to the client on time 4. Charges to be put into the system, generate the invoice, and send to clients, and dealing with queries. 5. Analysing clients' stock levels on weekly basis, calculate each SKU’s turnover time continually. 6. Monitoring parcel delivery progress for orders, and contact parcel courier to get the delivery done when is needed. 7. Dealing with client’s queries via emails, online chatting(Tencent Tim/Wechat), and phone calls. 8. Priting labels for disptaching Essential Criteria: 1. Fluent English & Mandarin in writing&speaking 2. Excellent Microsoft Office skill(Word, Excel, Outlook) 3. Capable to work remotely when is needed 4. Excellent listener and understand information quickly and stay professional Desirable Criteria 1. Previous customer service experience 2. Confident when Speaking on the phone 3. Previous logistics/imports/warehouse work experience
