伦敦刚开始新招聘全职 / 兼职办公室文员 (South of London), Zone 5, Sutton.

旅游公司进入旺季，我们刚开始招聘2名全职或兼职的行政助理（办公室文员）（英资伦敦南部旅游公司，1个月培训完后，试用期3到6个月，合格上岗后可办理工签）学生可以兼职。

兼职或者全职，薪水面谈。全职工作是周一到周五工作40个小时。兼职是周一到周五至少20个小时。此是文案工作，每天面对电脑，和各种要求脾气好，坐得住8个小时，非常非常的细心，耐心。（脾气不好，急性子，粗心的大意的，非常不适合此工作。）

1，工作每天会处理大量的英文邮件，需要及时回复。
2，需要与欧洲各地的酒店，车行联系，将会是全英文环境的书写，电话答复，和处理各类事情。
3， 客户的行程安排，您需要翻译从中文翻译到英文，或者从英文翻译到中文。
4， 公司是旅游服务业，客人的要求会比较多和繁琐，希望您很有耐心，具备一定的抗压和独挡一面的能力，逐步可以独立解决客户问题。
5，   要求持有有效学生签证至少6个月以上。在此期间，您如果有能力可以胜任此份工作，我们将协助您办理有效工作签证。
6， 如果您是男生申请这份工作，请注意这份工作重复性很多，而且整天面对电脑做文案，没有什么外出活动的工作，所以请仔细考虑，您是否能够静下心来，每天做这些文案工作。
7，   未来您还可以选择在英国或者中国工作。我们在中国和瑞士都有分公司，需要招聘有能力的成员加入开发或管理市场。

We are London based Travel Company. Due to the increase of the business volume, we are now just open two vacancies to the Office Assistance. The job description is as followed. You are strongly advised to check out in details. Please bear it in your mind, it is an assistant role, we will give you a full training for the advanced company in house travel booking system first. Also, you will be trained for the pricing, quotation and reservations. We need you have the advanced Microsoft office skills, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word.

After the training and working with us for some time, we hope you are qualified enough to be transferred into the higher level.

The office location is near Sutton Train Station (SM1 1DU).
