International Trainee Program PEER is now launching an International Trainee Program to invite high potentials university students to join the PEER China talent pool. In particular, we are looking for trainees in the following areas: •Application Engineering/Product Development •Business Development/Sales •Finance/Business Control •Marketing Communication •Product Management
Successful candidates will go through an international assignment for 18 months in USA or Europe for competency development and networking. You will get a clear career direction, supported by a tailor-made program with rich contents, mentoring and attention from senior management. After the international assignment, you will be offered a job in one of the business units in China to start your long-term career development in PEER.
Who are we looking for? •Master degree students studying in USA or Europe, major in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Finance or PR & Communication •Determined to station and work in China after the trainee program •Interested in people and with leadership or specialist ambitions •Share the PEER “Can Do” spirit and entrepreneurship •Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
